This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Site and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. STORAGE OF PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION
We do not store any protected health information (PHI) on this website or the servers that host this site. All medical information is stored in our secure electronic health record software, Simple Practice, which is a separate, secure site (https://simplepractice.com).
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We adopt appropriate and industry-standard encryption data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information, and data stored on the Site. However, no method is transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and so you submit your information at your own risk. While we make every effort to protect your personal information shared through the Site, you acknowledge that the personal information you voluntarily share through the Site could be accessed or tampered with by a third party. You agree that we are not responsible for any intercepted information shared through the Site without its knowledge and permission. Additionally, you release the Company from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of such intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others for marketing purposes. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by the Company through interaction with the Site. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from the Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page, at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
